Our quality of care is delivered by a dedicated and integrated team of professionals which includes Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, Osteopathic Practitioners, Clinical Counsellors, Acupuncturists and Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and more. We recently launched our psychedelic-assisted therapy programs which will begin with ketamine and expand as different medicines become available.
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic “do-er” who is a talented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement. This person will be the driving force behind all aspects of our marketing strategy, from graphic design to content creation and social media management.
In addition to managing external marketing initiatives, the Marketing & Communications Manager will play a critical role in keeping our team informed and engaged with the happenings at the company. They will work closely with various departments to ensure that all internal communications are consistent with our overall messaging and goals. This includes creating and distributing regular updates on company news, new program launches, and upcoming events. By keeping our team informed and engaged, the Marketing & Communications Manager will help to foster a strong sense of community and ownership within our organization.
This is a full-time position based in the Lower Mainland, BC, with the option of remote work and an expectation of occasional visits to the clinic as needed.

Position Responsibilities
Work independently to plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of of marketing materials, with ability to work closely alongside other members of the marketing team
Design and develop graphics for marketing materials using Canva, including but not limited to social media posts, clinic-wide posters, and other promotional material
Manage and update the Qi Integrated Health website using Squarespace
Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage and grow our online community (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and other marketing communications using Mailchimp.
Engage in planning, creation, and maintenance of engaging SEO friendly content for the company’s website, social media pages, and press releases
Conduct research on latest market trends to optimize and drive traffic to the company’s website and to other online assets
Support in the development of branded promotional presentations, and organizing of in-person and virtual promotional events
Play a critical role in keeping the internal practitioner team informed and engaged with company updates by creating and distributing regular updates on news, program launches, and events
Maintenance of the Google Business account including staff, practitioner and contractor emails, as well as Google Analytics KPI tracking
Analyze and report on marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals
Opportunities to grow in the company and take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience expand
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills
Experience with website management
Experience with project management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Asana, and Slack an asset
Knowledge of digital advertising, event planning, photography, and video editing is an asset
Proven track record of creating effective marketing campaigns
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Compensation
$75-90k, based on experience
