Ketamine & Meditation
Ketatation combines the practice of meditation with the administration of ketamine, a healing medicine that has been shown to have powerful antidepressant and anxiolytic effects (anti-anxiety).
This program is designed to help individuals achieve a deeper state of relaxation and self-awareness, while also helping to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, a wide variety of other mental health conditions, and chronic pain.
How Ketatation works
Participants begin with a brief consultation to assess their individual needs and create a personalized treatment plan. They are then invited to join a group of other participants to prepare for the experience and maximize the healing potential.
During each ketatation session, participants are guided through a meditation designed to enhance the therapeutic effects of the medicine before receiving a dose of ketamine.
The following day the participants will be invited to an integration group where they explore how this powerful ketatation experience can improve their lives.
Ketatation will allow participants to add psychedelics to their wellness strategy as it can be repeated at a discounted rate.
Who is it for?
Ketatation is good for individuals with a mild to moderate diagnosis as well as those interested in integrating psychedelics as a constructive part of mental health maintenance.
