  • Qi Integrated Health 1764 West 7th Avenue Vancouver Canada (map)

At the end of this 4-day training you will be able to start giving a complete Thai massage and practice a Qigong session on your own. One of the main ideas of this training is to start by learning the principles of Qigong and Taichi to support you during your massages.

You will learn how to use your body effectively allowing you to preserve your well-being, protect your joints and feel fully integrated in the practice.

You can offer the person you are massaging a maximum of presence without exhausting yourself.

Thai Yoga Massage comes to us originally from India. Very old and authentic, this Art of Healing is practiced in full consciousness. Thai Yoga Massage brings relaxation to the entire body, soothing pain and rebalancing energy. It is practiced on the ground, clothed, and without oil. It combines dynamic movements, pressure and stretching.

During these 4 days you will also learn:

  • Acupressure techniques: You will discover important points on the body of Chinese medicine that can help to obtain a better targeted massage.

  • Anatomy points: We will see during the workshop, using an anatomy application and a training manual, some basic notions about bones and muscles.

  • Qigong: Movements synchronized with the breath and in concentration. Known for its health benefits, this art prolongs life and strengthens the immune system.
