Meet Karanpreet Matharu
Karanpreet, a dedicated SKY breath meditation practitioner for over 13 years, has profoundly integrated this practice into her life and teaching. Involved with the Art of Living for six years, she instructs diverse groups, from adults to teens, in transformative breathwork workshops.
Originally from India, she relocated to Canada in 2018 to pursue a Masters of Engineering at the University of British Columbia. Currently, she works as an Assistant Project Engineer at Metro Vancouver, seamlessly blending her technical expertise with her passion for holistic well-being.
Her personal transformation through SKY breathwork, yielding calmness, focus, and stress relief, drives her commitment to teaching these techniques. Beyond her primary role, Karanpreet also manages wellness initiatives for medical professionals in British Columbia and coordinates meditation and breathwork research projects, showcasing her dedication to fostering a stress-free environment in various professional communities.

No, this event is open to everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

We will provide yoga mat and cushion to sit on. We recommend you to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or cushion if you want and a water bottle.

This session is designed for adults, but teenagers who are interested in meditation and breathwork are welcome to join.
