This 2hr Breathwork Circle will focus on the essentials needed to leave you feeling restored and attuned to your body. Our session will include a guided meditation, playful movement designed to stimulate co-regulation + ventral vagal tone, 45 min of conscious connected breathwork designed to take you through an intentional bell curve that supports the natural processing of your nervous system, leaving you in a deep parasympathetic state for 15 min of rest + relaxation.
We will close with an integration process before sending you off into the evening.

Dr. Samantha Petrin is fascinated by the mental emotional body and its innate wisdom. She has seen how trauma is stored in the body and manifests as physical dysfunction. Her approach to healing focuses on building resilience and increasing one’s capacity to be with themselves.
She finds hands-on therapy to offer the most direct benefit through relaxing the nervous system and helping the body heal itself from physical dysfunction. She is continuing to learn somatic based counselling practices and implement them in her patient visits.
