The Art of Living Part 1 course provides a daily breathwork and meditation routine that you can seamlessly continue at home. This workshop spans three relaxing yet focused days, offering unique benefits for you to experience:

Workshop Dates and Times

  • Friday, January 19: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Saturday, January 20: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

  • Sunday, January 21: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

The goal of the 3-day workshop is to give you the skills, support and training to continue using these powerful breathing techniques once you get home. Research shows your cortisol levels can reduce by over 50% on the first day you practice, and will continue to improve if you keep practicing. We'll teach you a simple, effective home breathing practice you can do each day to release stress and start every day afresh: feeling clear, confident and happy.

Once your SKY Breath Meditation workshop is completed, there are weekly Sudarshan Kriya meetups that you can join in thousands of Art of Living centers around the world. Facilitator: Karanpreet Matharu

Karanpreet, a dedicated SKY breath meditation practitioner for over 13 years, has profoundly integrated this practice into her life and teaching. Involved with the Art of Living for six years, she instructs diverse groups, from adults to teens, in transformative breathwork workshops.

Originally from India, she relocated to Canada in 2018 to pursue a Masters of Engineering at the University of British Columbia. Currently, she works as an Assistant Project Engineer at Metro Vancouver, seamlessly blending her technical expertise with her passion for holistic well-being.

Her personal transformation through SKY breathwork, yielding calmness, focus, and stress relief, drives her commitment to teaching these techniques. Beyond her primary role, Karanpreet also manages wellness initiatives for medical professionals in British Columbia and coordinates meditation and breathwork research projects, showcasing her dedication to fostering a stress-free environment in various professional communities.
