After navigating my own journey through burnout, grief, and the frustration of restrictive diets that left me feeling depleted, I discovered the transformative power of holistic nutrition. Becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ and Certified Health Coach in my 40s ignited my passion for helping women reconnect with their vitality, make confident choices about their health, and feel truly at home in their bodies.
My approach goes beyond symptom management—I focus on understanding the full picture of your health. This means diving into everything from diet and lifestyle to digestion, liver, and gut health, while also addressing foundational areas like metabolic and hormone health and energy balance. By combining science-backed strategies with a deeply personalized, compassionate approach, I help you uncover the root of your challenges and create a plan that fits seamlessly into your life.
As your coach, strategic partner, and biggest cheerleader, I’m here to help you apply these changes in ways that work for you. My aim is to ensure you feel seen and empowered to take meaningful steps towards feeling your best and reaching your goals. I help you gain clarity and confidence while equipping you with the tools to take control of your health—not just for now, but for the long term. This isn’t about following someone else’s rulebook—it’s about building a joyful relationship with food and creating a vibrant, resilient life that reflects your true potential.
Approach
In our first session together I will conduct a comprehensive intake in order to understand your current diet and lifestyle habits, as well as your personal story, the things you’ve been through, and what you want to achieve. My goal is to not only understand the body systems that may need some support, but the changes that could add energy and balance to your life—and help you achieve your health goals.
My focus is on helping you create diet and lifestyle practices that are in support of a fully energetic life, so that you can fill it with things that bring you joy—and have the resilience to weather the ups and downs with power. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. And I believe that if you’re not enjoying yourself, it’s not going to be sustainable long term. I work with you to create the best plan for your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Offerings
Every new client receives a comprehensive assessment and intake where I provide some recommendations and we collaborate on a personalized action plan. This can include nutritional guidance, as well as sleep and lifestyle practices. Follow up coaching sessions are designed to support you on your health journey and in the practical application of this plan. I also offer meal plan services in order to provide additional tools and inspiration to support changes to your everyday diet.
