After experiencing a personal journey with burnout, grief, and frustration from restrictive dieting methods that left me exhausted, I found my way to the power of food and holistic nutrition a little later in life. I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ and Certified Health Coach in my 40s with a mission to guide people toward a vibrant life filled with joy, resilience, and balance.

I bring a fresh perspective to nutrition and health coaching with my unique background in corporate fashion and journalism—one that is focused on realistic and sustainable changes to help busy professionals thrive. My approach centers on energy and vitality with an emphasis on joy. I work to empower individuals to create a joyful relationship with nutrition by making manageable and lasting lifestyle changes that align with their personal needs.

While my practice is focused on chronic fatigue, low energy, and burnout, my always-comprehensive approach incorporates all of our body systems—from hormones and stress, to immunity and digestion. I also believe that focusing on energy and vitality through metabolic health (this includes blood sugar and cholesterol balance) is where we can truly unlock the power of nutrition.

Approach

In our first session together I will conduct a comprehensive intake in order to understand your current diet and lifestyle habits, as well as your personal story, the things you’ve been through, and what you want to achieve. My goal is to not only understand the body systems that may need some support, but the changes that could add energy and balance to your life—and help you achieve your health goals.

My focus is on helping you create diet and lifestyle practices that are in support of a fully energetic life, so that you can fill it with things that bring you joy—and have the resilience to weather the ups and downs with power. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. And I believe that if you’re not enjoying yourself, it’s not going to be sustainable long term. I work with you to create the best plan for your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

Offerings

Every new client receives a comprehensive assessment and intake where I provide some recommendations and we collaborate on a personalized action plan. This can include nutritional guidance, as well as sleep and lifestyle practices. Follow up coaching sessions are designed to support you on your health journey and in the practical application of this plan. I also offer meal plan services in order to provide additional tools and inspiration to support changes to your everyday diet.
