Starting therapy to address various challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, and self-esteem, can feel overwhelming. My personal healing journey has taught me the importance of a welcoming space where you can openly express your experiences without judgment. Emotions hold valuable messages, and I believe every feeling serves a purpose. Together, we’ll explore your inner world to uncover insights, identify recurring patterns, and deepen your self-awareness.

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and experience working in both the non-profit sector and private practice. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, recognizing the profound impact past experiences can have on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I draw from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, as well as emotion- focused therapy to explore and process emotions in a meaningful way. Additionally, I incorporate internal family systems (IFS), a framework that helps you connect with and heal different parts of yourself, fostering greater self-understanding and inner harmony.

I approach every therapeutic relationship with cultural humility, valuing your unique identity and experiences. I believe you possess an inherent capacity to heal, and I hope to support you in facilitating this healing. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would love to connect and hear your story.
