Aurora Allen

Born and Raised in Kitsilano, Aurora graduated from Langara’s RMT program in 2019. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.

As a new mother, Aurora has found a new and exciting realm in which to apply her skills as an RMT.  

Aurora also has a diverse out of clinic skill set, including digital design, painting  as well as martial arts (more specifically the Brazilian art of Capoeira). 

Above all, Aurora believes that the restoration of one's ideal function arrives from a multi tiered approach to health. 

Working with what is familiar, and life-specific to offer treatments and home care that make sense for each individual. Relaxing the body when needed, and providing specific restorative massage when called for. 

Treatment design generally includes myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and muscle resettling, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). 

Aurora is comfortable treating the following: pre/post natal, Infant massage, TemporoMandibular Dysfunction, overuse injuries, sports related injuries, Spinal Cord Injury, and postural related overuse injuries.
