Ashley Perron
Ashley graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Her interest in the underpinnings of human body systems led her to complete an undergraduate degree at UBC in Biochemistry before pursuing massage therapy. Through her schooling, Ashley has gained a deep understanding of the human body and has worked with various populations and conditions, such as TMJ dysfunction, headaches, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. During her final term at VCMT, she conducted a 10-treatment case study on TMJ dysfunction, and looks forward to furthering her learning in this area. She is continuously refining her skills and expanding her knowledge to provide high quality care to her patients. Ashley integrates Swedish massage, trigger point release, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques into her treatments to promote relaxation, ease pain, improve mobility and help patients achieve their wellness goals.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys creative hobbies such as painting and crochet. Otherwise, she can be found at local parks enjoying a good book, and is always happy to hear any book recommendations.
