Breathwork for Emotional Release: An Evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork

If your body could speak, what would it say?

Join us for an evening of somatic exploration through transformative breathwork designed to facilitate deep emotional release.

Guided by Dr. Samantha Petrin ND and Sadaf Naji registered counsellor, we will practice conscious circular breathing to unlock and process stored emotions. This powerful technique encourages self-healing and personal growth, offering a safe space for you to explore and integrate your inner experiences. Spend the evening breathing deeply, connecting with your emotions, and finding balance within.
