The analysis, which included five studies involving 489 patients, revealed that cupping therapy led to significant reductions in waist circumference, body weight, body mass index (BMI), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels compared to control groups. These findings suggest that cupping therapy may serve as a safe and effective complementary intervention for individuals with MetS.
